Safety is our top priority in the workplace. Our field staff is provided with all the necessary training and equipment to uphold all OSHA standards and guidelines. RNC Mechanical works to ensure that all of our job sites meet and exceed all OSHA safety requirements.

All of our foreman are trained in the following:

- Fire Safety

- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

- First Aid

- Aerial Lifts

- Fall Protection

Our Response to COVID-19:

 

Amid the concerns surrounding COVID-19, the safety and well-being of our clients, subcontractors, and RNC Mechanical Inc staff remains our top priority.

 

We take the guidance from government authorities seriously and must do our part to protect our people and communities from the spread of the virus.

 

In response to COVID-19, we have created new safety protocols, and work with each of our employees and subcontractors to ensure these protocols are being followed.

 

These protocols include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

- All employees, subcontractors, vendors and clients must comply with Local, State, and Federal government regulations regarding COVID-19 policies and PPE requirements.

 

- Individuals that have symptoms of COVID-19 are required to remove themselves from the job immediately and not return until further notice.

 

- Anyone who is currently sick, has been sick recently, has any symptoms of COVID-19, has been exposed to anyone with symptoms of COVID-19, or has been exposed to anyone who tested positive for COVID-19 may NOT enter our job sites.

 

- RNC Mechanical employees and subcontractors are required to wear masks while on the work site in accordance with the guidance from the Department of Health and the CDC.

 

- Each employee will have their temperature taken daily, and logged for future reference.

 

RNC Mechanical is confident in our COVID-19 Response Plan and will continue to remain as productive and operational as possible during these times, while protecting our employees, subcontractors and clients.
